Standards register
Every source this suite is permitted to cite. Nothing in any tool can point at anything that is not on this page, and an AI response that names a source outside it is discarded whole.
These summaries have not been independently reviewed
They were written from publicly published material to help you navigate to the right provision. No independent subject-matter reviewer has checked them yet. We would rather say so than let a tidy citation imply an assurance nobody has given. Read the primary source before you rely on any of this.
How to read this page
- Provision summaries are short neutral paraphrases for navigation. Several of these sources are copyrighted and some are sold, so we cite the provision and link out rather than reproducing text.
- Links point at issuer landing pages rather than at a particular document revision. Deep links rot every time an instrument is amended, and a broken citation is worse than a general one.
- Each entry shows when a person last read the source. The register is walked through every 120 days; it was last reviewed on 2026-09-11.
- Where an entry says what we do not do with a source, that limit is enforced in the tools, not just stated here.
Australian law and regulation
These create legal obligations on some entities. Whether they reach you is a question for the named authority.
Australian schemes and guidance
Voluntary schemes and regulator guidance. Guidance is not law, but it indicates how a regulator approaches conduct.
International standards and frameworks
Adopted by commitment, by contract, or by a lender's conditions rather than by statute.
